This Privacy Policy describes how Finixis Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use JarvisFlow.

By using JarvisFlow, you agree to the terms in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account or use JarvisFlow:

Account Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Password (encrypted/hashed)

Technical Information

  • IP address
  • Device and browser information
  • Cookies and session tokens

Usage Information

  • Watchlists, preferences, and trading-related customizations
  • Interactions with platform features
  • Analytics data via Google Analytics

Payment Information

Payments are processed through WHOP, Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store your full payment card details.

Social Login Data

If you sign in using Google, Discord, or Whop, we receive your basic profile and email.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

JarvisFlow uses:

  • Standard cookies
  • Session cookies
  • Google Analytics tracking

We do not use advertising cookies at this time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate JarvisFlow
  • Authenticate your account
  • Store your preferences and watchlists
  • Improve platform functionality
  • Process payments
  • Send onboarding, product updates, and service-related communications
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud

4. Email Communication & Marketing (Substack)

When you create an account on JarvisFlow, you are automatically subscribed to receive onboarding information, service announcements, product updates, and educational content through Substack.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link in any Substack email.

Unsubscribing from Substack does not affect your JarvisFlow account or ability to use the service.

We will still send critical transactional or security-related emails when required.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share data only with trusted third parties that help operate JarvisFlow:

  • AWS (hosting & infrastructure)
  • Amazon SES (email delivery)
  • Google Analytics (usage analytics)
  • Stripe and PayPal (payment processing)
  • AWS CloudWatch (monitoring/logging)

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States.
By using JarvisFlow, you consent to this transfer.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain data as long as necessary to operate JarvisFlow.
Users may request manual account deletion by emailing:

Once deleted, your account and associated personal data will be removed unless retention is required by law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and AWS security practices to protect your information.
However, no method of data transmission is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA), you may have rights to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion
  • Object to processing
  • Export your data

10. Children’s Privacy

JarvisFlow is not intended for individuals under 18.
We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy
