Refund Policy
Effective Date: 01-Jan-2021
Last Updated: 01-Jan-2021
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made for access to JarvisFlow, operated by Finixis Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, subscribing, or making any payment to JarvisFlow, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- You forgot to cancel your subscription
- You did not use the product
- You changed your mind
- You misunderstood the service
- You no longer need the service
- You experienced trading losses
- You disagree with data, alerts, or analytics
- You were unable to profit from the service
- The market, exchange, or data providers had downtime
Your purchase grants you access to a digital service that becomes available immediately.
For this reason, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Subscription Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Managing your own subscription
- Updating payment methods
- Cancelling before the next billing cycle
- Understanding that subscription fees recur automatically
If you fail to cancel before renewal, the charge cannot be reversed.
3. No Prorated Cancellations
We do not provide:
- Partial refunds
- Prorated refunds
- Credits for unused time
- Subscription downgrades with returns
Cancellation stops future charges only.
4. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at:
📧 privacy@finixis.com
Filing an unvalidated chargeback may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Blocked future access
- Evidence submission to Stripe/PayPal showing acceptance of this policy
We actively dispute chargebacks using billing logs and IP activity records.
5. Exceptions Required by Law
Some regions require refunds under specific consumer protection laws.
If local law mandates a refund, we will comply as required by that jurisdiction only, and only if applicable.
6. Service Availability
JarvisFlow may experience downtime due to:
- Market data delays
- Exchange outages
- AWS issues
- Network problems
- Third-party provider failures
Such events do not qualify for refunds or credits.
